Sales tax is charged only to New York State residents; the tax rate is 8.875%. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
We don't charge sales tax on gift certificates.
Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
Orders
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground. Orders are processed monday through friday excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 1pm est will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping costs are based on your total order amount before sales tax is applied. Rates are calculated as follows:
Free UPS ground shipping for all domestic orders over $200
Orders under $200 = $10 shipping and handling
Return shipping is $8 and will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Use the enclosed UPS return label to send your shoes back to us. You may also return the shoes to us via the courier of your choice. Please insure your shipment, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Express shipments can be quoted for UPS Next day, 2-day or 3-day shipping. Please call 212 965 5460 or email us and we will quote shipping ASAP.
We ship internationally. Shipping cost varies depending on your location. Please inquire at for a shipping quote.
International customers are responsible for any additional duties/fees/VAT that might apply. All international sales are final.
Return policy
Our goal is to make you happy! If you are not fully satisfied with the fit, color or styling of your product we will happily exchange it. Just email us or call us with your request and we will do everything possible to get the right thing to you.
We're sorry, but shoes that have been worn cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer's defect. We suggest trying on your shoes inside and on a carpet.
For full price items, if you would prefer a refund, please ship the item to us within fourteen days of the date printed on your receipt.
Sale items and items purchased as a special promotion are not eligible for a refund. A store credit or an exchange will be issued for your sale item. Sale items must be returned for credit or exchange within 14 days of your receipt, no exceptions.
Items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
Any item purchased for 60% off or less is a final sale.
All international sales are final.
Please use the following guidelines when returning your shoes:
. Merchandise must be returned in original condition and with all original tags attached.
. Your shipment will include a UPS return label. Please use this label to return your item(s) to us. Please send your item(s) using your nearest UPS ship center, drop box, or call 1-800-pick-UPS to arrange a pick-up. $8 will be deducted from your return or store credit when we receive your return.
. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
. Returns postmarked more than 14 days after the date of your original receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted 30 days after the date of your receipt.
